Evolve is an accredited training programme designed for first line managers and supervisors.

This programme involves only 3 class room training days, however candidates are also expected to complete a portfolio of key knowledge areas designed to establish competence in a range supervisory duties. Classroom days include

  • Understanding the role of the supervisor and the skills required to be effective
  • Effective supervision of employee relations issues’ including performance management, attendance and equal opportunities issues
  • Effective communication in the workplace

This course is recommended for for first line managers and supervisors.
