4Sight was established by Jim McCabe and Brendan Doyle in 2004, previously they had worked together in the legal services and training departments of the Equality Commission.
Since its inception 4Sight has provided support and assistance on a broad range of human resource management issues. These include day to day operational matters, through to more complex strategic issues.
4Sight focuses on developing relationships with its clients and reaching solutions which are commercially sensible and legally sound.

Michelle has recently joined the team as Associate HR Consultant. Prior to becoming an independent Consultant, she gained over 20 years experience in a range of HR roles up to Head of HR level across the private, public and 3rd sector. This experience covered all aspects of HR activity from recruitment & selection, learning & development, employee relations and policy development.
