When workplace investigations have to be undertaken we will ensure that;
- We carry out an appropriate investigation or advise in-house investigators
- A legally compliant process is followed
- All necessary interviews are undertaken and documented
- A proper report is written following the investigation
- Appropriate action is taken based upon the findings of the investigation
